Pros
Lonza gives great opportunity to start off your career in the industry. Training has come a long way and has gotten faster for new hires.
Cons
There is a lot of favoritism in the work place making it somewhat toxic. Some supervisors seem to not know what is going on with processing and depend on techs so solve their own issues. Techs are on 12 hour shifts overnight with work overload that is not dispersed correctly amongst teams. Communication is horrible from supervisors to techs and only lead techs know what is going on and keep information to themselves.
