Benefit and vacation package are competitive. If you are a sheep and follow blindly life at lonza could be good. But if you have an opinion that differs you'll have no life at lonza.
Cons
Quickly expanding with little regard to employee work life balance. Bullying and harassment is prevalent yet ignored by upper management. It's all about the bottom line - just get it done no matter how. Career advancement depends on who you know not what you know.
