Outdated systems and can be a hostile

Absolutely nothing, would give minus points if I could.

If you want your mental health and self-confidence to be absolutely irreversibly destroyed, work here. I’m writing this review to save anyone from going through what I had to go through and please, please listen. I wouldn’t wish this job on my worst enemy. It is a completely thankless environment, no recognition, no nothing. The expectation is unfathomable, and no one cares about your wellbeing at all. Work is constantly picked apart by people who know nothing about your job, positive and constructive feedback doesn’t exist. You will be told your work is ‘icky’ by horrible (wish I could say another word but it won’t let me) managers, they’ll whisper about you in front of your face, every day is pure and utter anxiety. I asked for clarification on my job description (as they decided to change it overnight) and was told to go and get therapy because I’m too ‘stressy’. Run far and run fast, god help whoever replaces me.
