Pros
Health benefits are great, the retirement plan is the best I've seen (6% employer match + 3% safer harbor addition!!), and community involvement is highly prioritized. You feel like you're part of a team here. The CEO and executive team truly listen to feedback from employees and continually adjust to fit employee needs. The benefits for members are great as well.
Cons
The only cons I can potentially see is the current expansion of the credit union. The rebrand was good at getting more community members curious, but I think more effort should be made to spread the CU through more of East Idaho.
