Pros

The pay is the only pro. The day shift gets free lunch on Fridays. Holiday bonus unless you get written up then you don’t get it.

Cons

Everything. Management comes up with new rules to write you up. Your work has to be perfect with no errors or you will be written up. I worked there for less than a year and was fired over things a bank would never write you up for. Like entering checks wrong banks don’t write you up for because you have an imager. Management thinks you’d steal checks that are made out to a bank so they don’t allow tellers to have one. Only the day crew gets people who runs tens imager. You’re left to find your own errors. A bank doesn’t write you up for a balance being wrong or missing cash that is found later on. Loomis does. No one is trained properly to verify your work. You’re trained poorly by supervisors who don’t know what they are doing. Supervisors get away with talking, being on their phone, sexual harassment, ect. They even distract other workers and let their favorites do whatever they want. You get a months worth of PTO. If you’re sick or call off for any reason you are forced to use it or you get written up. If the weather is bad it’s an unexcused absence, and that’s a write up. There is no work life balance either. The only way you get to leave early is if you’re injured or sick. If you have to get your child because they’re sick at school, then you have to find someone to pick them up. They won’t let you leave. If you are very sick they get annoyed if you take almost a week off. If you’re a temp then good luck because they’ll find a reason to get rid of you. When it snows there is ice and snow on the ground because they don’t clean it up well. You are likely to fall and injure yourself easily. The facility is very dusty and dirty. Majority of the time the night shift is left without toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels in the bathrooms. They claim they want you to succeed but in the end cause stress. A supervisor said the company cares more about the customers than the employees. And it shows.

extremely toxic work environment literally 0 training misleading communication about job roles will fire you if you speak up about work issues
