      Pros

      The pay was great, the PTO was decent, and the company itself was good.

      Cons

      Some of the management would periodically go on power trips, others didn't care as long as they weren't involved.

      extremely toxic work environment literally 0 training misleading communication about job roles will fire you if you speak up about work issues
