Underpaid, no incentive for loyal employees and training. New hires are paid the same rate, as an employee with 5-10 years of service. Very high turnover! Lots of theft happening.

Weekday schedule that's almost set hours when fully staffed. When people call out, expect to work overtime and watch your manager leave before you.
Cons
Management sucks. Lots of favoritism going on. PTO policy is constantly shifting and reasoning seems flimsy. If you're dying and call out with no PTO, best to just quit and find a new job because you will be fired. But expect to see other people treated with leniency and not be held to the same standard as others.
