Pros

- Historically had a strong team culture and supportive team members - Competitive compensation and benefits package compared to the industry. - Opportunities to learn about e-commerce

Cons

- The new CEO has significantly deviated from the company’s original DNA, introducing a highly micro managed environment. - Decision-making is increasingly top-down, with limited autonomy for individual contributors. -Product innovation is dead. The strategy feels focused on extracting more revenue from existing customers rather than developing meaningful new solutions. - Prioritization is often driven by short-term revenue goals rather than long-term product or customer success. - Continue to quietly lay people off and then post jobs that the company is doing well and hiring; do better! - Overly focused on the perception of core values...they come across as fake and overall

Pros

- The recruiting team is fast and communications is clear. - Compensation is well above market. - There is a strong culture that values being a human first. - Most managers care about you, about what you do, and they will chase results by your side. - They have high-profile clients, and the vast majority of merchants seem to like the product. - They lead the market and have an excellent product strategy. - The CEO knows what she is doing, that's for sure. She's ready to make this a billion-dollar company while delivering exceptional value to merchants and building a great company culture. Just watch her speak for a minute or two and you'll see she's not kidding.

Cons

- They use too many internal tools, that is very often confusing. Some are obviously unnecessary and actually reduces productivity. - In general, the leaders are enthusiastic and very competent, but some (very few) high-profile executives seem a bit "disconnected" from the rest of the company and don't really reflect the eagerness and hunger for success of the CEO, if that makes sense.

Pros

Great people, great culture. A lot of opportunity to stand out and make an impact.

Cons

Can be chaotic, priorities and initiatives can shift a lot. Sometimes it feels like the company can get in it's own way.
