Pros
The team at LoopUp is kind and helpful. There's a great energy around the team as everyone sees the huge opportunity to be successful, and everyone is willing to help each other. Management is supportive and there is generous PTO, with hybrid and WFH options available, promoting a great work life balance.
Cons
Information could flow better through the team. With so many different communications channels, sometimes information can be lost in the shuffle.
