-Amazing Front Desk Staff! Easy to get ahold of and very proactive about booking schedules and helping the therapists have the smoothest shifts -The owner is in the trenches! Gina, who is a CMT at the practice, is on the floor with us everyday and is always open to giving advice and wisdom to any situation and is so easy to talk to -My coworkers are some of the most gifted massage therapists in the area, everyone is the ever evolving master of there particular style and it leaves you wants to gain more and more knowledge from those who work along side you -Very Flexible Schedule, days off and sick time are simple and straight forward and we are never made to feel guilty for needing time off, with reason of course! -Pay before tips is fantastic! With tips is the icing on the already satisfying cake, the pay structure is super competitive compared to other places available in the bay area
