-HR and management have no idea what's going on so you can basically do whatever you want.

-No raises (20 year tenure employees making the same salary as day 1) -Dead end for promotions or any growth -Clueless management (CYA culture) -Ancient office with no amenities -Perks are all tied to sales goals -Success is met with more pressure and commissions are reduced -Numbers will always be more important than people -Mindless work hidden behind the MLB facade -Your manager, HR, VP and President will constantly remind you how replaceable you are -Promotions are based on favoritism -Managers put in 4 hours a day, expect more out of you -Some employees are salaried, some are hourly. It's always in favor of the employer -Every department thinks they're the most important so everyone hates each other -Managers put employees in bad situations to avoid taking blame for any problems -HR has little to no power and no employee advocacy. No one to report issues to without backlash.
