Layoffs suck for everyone, but I wish that management was more transparent leading up to them.

Comfortable to work with a relatively lax environment. Few strict deadlines.

Mass layoffs with no warning, no severance, no PTO payout. Kicked off of all services before we were even notified. Truly a very embarrassing and disrespectful way to handle the situation. Very little communication with upper management, little to no mentoring or knowledge share. Occasional missed or late paychecks
