As a very recent start-up, the organization is still maturing in several areas. That said, leadership is approachable and there is a strong emphasis on open communication. The start-up mindset can sometimes be an adjustment, particularly for more senior professionals. There is a constant drive to seize new opportunities and secure clients, which often results in tight timelines and lean budgets for specific initiatives. Additionally, as a subsidiary of the Losch Group, certain topics may remain pending due to limited autonomy in decision-making, which can occasionally slow down progress.
