Pros
The environment was very laid back and casual at times while also being very busy and fulfilling at other times. Employee satisfaction is a clear priority for Jasen and his team.
Cons
Like in any organization, communication could have been improved. Overall, I enjoyed my leadership at Lotpop, however, I feel that there were more than a few inconsistencies with how they led different people and in different circumstances. This was over all a Pro, but it led to a few unsavory circumstances.
