- Due to remote working, miscommunication can often happen which could cause misleading messages. - Since the environment is fast-paced, it is not recommended for fresh graduates or juniors to join this place - Can create unhealthy competition since it is a fast paced company - It could be good that company moves too rapid, however, not everyone can adapt to this immediately in a short lifespan. Or even cope with this overwhelmed workload
