The company is continuously expanding with excellent growth in this economy status, which is not common.
Cons
There is a trend of employees going off work and quitting due to stress. Overworking is common due to company culture of trying to squeeze as much out of you as possible with little to no recognition. I think I am going to be off soon because of how overworked I am too
