You will be working with troubled youth and have the opportunity to make a difference in their lives. This is the best part of working here and you can learn a lot about addictions and behavioral health. The company is not as disorganized as some of the other reviews say. Yes it's newer and they are very upfront about this when you come onboard. With that in mind I was expecting chaos and haven't seen it. For techs, the communication over Teams is great and you don't waste a lot of time in meetings over things that can just be an IM. Never had a problem reaching management if I needed help or guidance. You get to do fun things with the clients and no two days are ever the same. The pay is quite competitive compared to other facilities in the area that have higher acuity patients. The BHT is a wonderful entry level role if you are looking to explore nursing, criminal justice, therapy, etc. You'll get exposed to bits and pieces from all of these fields. The kids and their safety are priority #1. It's not for everyone but if you come in with the right expectations you can really enjoy your work here.

Again, you have to come in with the right expectations as some days will test you. Some of the clients can be very challenging and it might take a long time to see an improvement in their behavior. This can be one of the hardest parts of the job.

Everyone is nice and making every effort to make this place a safe place for thr kids. Management is making all the effort to get things right. I like that are trying their best instead of letting things go any which way. They explain they grown much faster then expected and still putting things together. I liked it there but I had to leave because of school. They try to help you when you ask for it they understand when you have personal things to attend too. I got a raise in a matter of three months I don’t not expect it. I showed them I enjoyed my job, I was new to this industry but my efforts got me a raise without me asking for it.

There’s not much they are still figuring things out but they tell you that upfront. No company is perfect. Because of them still growing there are a lot of changes, most for the better when I started there was no medical benefits now there is. It’s a very busy place.
