Pros

- Helpful manager and colleagues (at least in the department I worked). - Helpful and approachable HR personnel (not all in the HR department though). - Five-day workweek. - Flexible leave policies. - Salary credited on the last working day of every month, no delays.

Cons

- Compensation is too less compared to the industry standards; hidden reductions in the salary. - Poor or no hikes for employees at lower level; senior employees (working for 10+ years) reap all the benefits. - The company treats M.Sc. candidates superior to M.Pharm. candidates, which is highly unfortunate. - Very bad performance review process; low ratings for hard working employees, high ratings for 'buckets'. - Candidates with referrals bypass the usual interview modes and enter the job easily. - Very bad food, No canteen, CTC includes non-encashable food charges. - No cab / transportation facility for employees. - The way in which SOP training is provided, makes no sense; would usually be a chaotic experience every time. - Laptops provided for people above manager level only. - General shift from 8AM to 5PM; would've been better if it was pushed an hour. - Though company is situated in Bangalore, Tamil-speaking employees dominate the company. - Poor focus on employee engagement activities. - Few undeserving people at higher positions; expect employees to bow before them. - Inter-departmental conflicts exist in few departments. - Crowded with middle-aged employees 'enjoying' their stay at the company making it an unfit organization for youngsters.
