Lotusworks does provide decent salary. The company is well structured and has hard working individuals among the various sites/teams who do look after the best interest of the people/company with in it. Great place to work if you want to just work as a base technician and stay at the same level. Availability for movement laterally across Ireland/USA

Even before joining Lotusworks company has always been known for burning out eager/young staff members trying to advance their career, this has not changed but is more hidden behind closed doors. Extra work offered in the name of oppurtunities and any objection to unrealistic demands is met with use of subtle indirect threatening behavior to personals career/status. Bad mouthing of staff to client/senior management behind individuals back very common so do not expect advancements unless willing to be part of the boys club or appease management at all times. Harassment of staff by client is turned a blind eye for sake of the business.
