Good Pay ,generally better paid than regular company staff.Hours can be flexible depending on the role you are contracted in to do
Cons
Can be quick enough to cut pay/ conditions if company contracting to looks to cut costs.Can be hard to feel permanent when you are always contracted into a another company, if they dont need you it can get sticky
