Pros
Great designers to work with and develop your skills with, but the leadership doesn't exist.
Cons
I felt like I had a minimal voice when it came to designing as a remote worker for this company. My opinions weren't taken seriously and I wasn't able to learn as much as I could have for this reason. They had no performance or monthly reviews - which is very important if you want company growth. There also wasn't very much diversity and I felt like I couldn't go to an HR department for my problems, since they didn't have one - the HR department is the owners wife which makes it difficult to believe they would take your problems seriously. I felt very overworked here and under compensated for my skills. I would save yourself a headache and go work somewhere else where the owner treats you with respect and makes you feel valued as an employee with better benefits and opportunities for growth.
