Pros

The customers you’ll engage with will make each day fun and interesting

Cons

Terrible management who seem to only concern themselves with short term revenue rather than long term performance and well-being of staff. Frequent workplace bullying that is mot addressed. A terrible work/life balance that requires you to work every weekend and on some occasions work up to 9 days consecutively. High stress environment because of poor decisions made by management. For example letting staff go, cutting back on hours and not gauging the stress levels of staff. You will frequently work days without a break. Terrible pay. This company will tell you pay increases will be discussed after the first year you’ve been with them. It is more likely after a year of hard work and motivation you’ll be let go. Louis will keep your wage on the absolute minimum and will never reward you fairly. In the long term your loyalty, hard work and ambition will not be rewarded. This is the kind of company that swaps out their staff every year or two and so never builds a stable level of service and performance. Team building is a term they seem to have never heard of. You are just another worker bee here. How much you do for them will not matter as they’ll easily replace you with someone less motivated with a poorer performance so long as they can cut costs. They’ll promise a bright future and possible promotions to lure you. These promises will never be met. A high stress environment in which there’s a hierarchy of secrecy that almost makes the work floor staff and the management opposing teams.
