Pros
The work itself is interesting — Some talented people.
Cons
Leadership operates with a serious lack of transparency and accountability. Decisions are made at the top with little to no input from the people actually running projects. Management is quick to shift blame downward when things go sideways, but slow to give credit when they don’t. The culture rewards loyalty to personalities over performance and results. If you’re not in the right inner circle, your contributions go unrecognized no matter how strong your track record is. HR processes feel like they exist to protect the company, not the employees. Terminations can feel abrupt and poorly handled, with little regard for the people involved.
