Pros
I’ve been at Lovable for just over 6 months now, and honestly, I’ve loved every second of it. The energy in the office is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. People here are incredibly smart, hardworking, and deeply invested in what we’re building - but at the same time, humble, supportive, and genuinely fun to work with. There’s a real sense of shared purpose and momentum, and the culture that’s forming around that is something special. One of the things that stands out most is the level of trust people are given. There’s autonomy across the board, and people are empowered to do their jobs without unnecessary layers or bottlenecks. Decisions happen fast, things get unblocked quickly, and if you want to make an impact, you absolutely can. It’s also refreshing being in-office. So much happens in the room - conversations, decisions, problem solving, creativity. The pace is high, but it works because everyone is aligned, engaged and most of all present.
Cons
The only real “con” is that this place isn’t for people looking to coast. You need to be fully invested. The work is challenging, the hours are long and the expectations are high - but that’s also what makes it so rewarding.
