Pros
I was given real responsibility from day one and got the chance to grow professionally much faster than I expected. There’s a strong sense of ownership across the company, while the culture still feels very supportive and collaborative. I’ve never worked with so many ambitious people who genuinely care - both about each other and about the users they’re building for. I also find the leadership to be genuinely thoughtful and inspiring. People care deeply about both Lovable and the people building it, and that mindset is reflected throughout the organization.
Cons
It’s a very ambitious and fast-moving environment, which creates a great place for learning and growth. People are given a lot of ownership and freedom in their work, but that also means you need to be proactive and comfortable working independently. For some people this will be a huge positive, while others may prefer a more structured environment.
