Cons
'Always Keeping It Real', constructive feedback can contribute to positive growth. The team is comprised of enthusiastic individuals who clearly care about their work on the outside, but seems to care more about themselves and their wellbeing within the company. There is a notable tendency towards micromanagement. This approach, although perhaps well-intentioned, lacks clear direction and can leave experienced colleagues feeling uncertain about their roles and contributions. Micromanaging style can inadvertently foster an atmosphere of anxiety, as team members may feel their expertise is not fully valued. This has led to a sense of insecurity among experienced professionals, which I believe is contrary to the collaborative spirit the company aims to promote. Additionally, while they strives to create an inclusive environment, it sometimes feels that certain dynamics may lean towards exclusivity. There appears to be a tendency for favoritism to emerge, which could negate the values of inclusiveness the company seeks to uphold.
