      - 80% of customers are nice & decent - Commissions if target for the month is reached - Small number of good work colleagues - Good career growth

      Cons

      - Micromanaging & workplace bullying - Part timers last minute cancel shift and full timers have to sacrifice - Play the hierarchy card to the core. Who tf are you even if you work for 5 years+ alr LOL - 1 mistake and you’ll be deemed as a not so good worker - Extremely toxic and fake work environment hehe

      Pros

      Absolutely loved the people. Everyone was kind, nice, talented and hardworking. It is rare considering it's fashion industry

      Cons

      Tight budget resulted in long work hours and lower-than-standard pay. Of course, this has positive too because you can learn a lot in a short period of time
