Pros
Good car remuneration, good fuel card, good uniform, nice buffet at times, some lovely people who work rather than manage.
Cons
The bullying culture is a shock to the system. You are either "in or out" of favour as soon as you know your out of favour look for another job. The Partnership management in the area I know of was managed by a personality void of anything but ££££. My advise would be don't be fooled by the name and reputation it is false and so is everything they stand for. It's not really a surprise they have lost contracts.
