Great team environment, everyone is supportive and understanding of one another.
Cons
As with all jobs, with experience comes greater responsibilities and pressure, at times is considerable. This is not an exclusive issue with the firm but with the industry.

Genuinely lovely people and supportive teams to work alongside
Collaborative day‑to‑day working environment at team level
Interesting, varied work that provides good exposure and learning opportunities
Cons
Partners and management committee appear highly self‑interested, with limited focus on staff wellbeing or development
Staff often feel undervalued and de‑prioritised
Benefits and broader employee support are very poor compared to peers
Commitments made by some partners are frequently overridden by more senior partners
Decision‑making is perceived to be driven more by profit share than employee satisfaction
Non-existent flexible working (office 5 days a week with "core hours 10til 4" offers no real flexibility).
Ongoing talent attrition in certain teams is not surprising given the above
