The things I really like about working here are the flexible hours, great support from the people I work with, the students are fantastic and not shy. There is never a dull moment with them. All the materials and tools are provided to the teacher by the company. Flexibility concerning the course content is permitted (I always ask first). My schedule is always up to date and I am notified of any cancellations or changes in a reasonable time. My invoices are sent to me quickly and my salary deposited efficiently to my bank account. It is never late. All-in-all, a fantastic company to work for and people to work with.

I am currently in China, so the company working from a Google-based platform causes me a lot of difficulties as Google is banned here. Despite this, the staff has worked very hard to help me with this problem and we have found ways to get around them so I can teach my students.

This company's philosophy is to build genuine, appreciative relationships with its students by delivering innovative, technology-driven instruction in a team environment. New teachers have a say in curriculum development and delivery!
