Pros
I have been working at Lovingly for a little over a year now, and I can confidently say that it's been a positive experience. From the very beginning, the team has been welcoming, supportive, and dedicated to helping me succeed. One of the standout things about Lovingly is the fantastic benefits package. The medical insurance is excellent, and the company provides WFH and wellness stipends to help support our personal lives. Additionally, we get 22 days of paid time off, and there's a 401K plan with a generous 3% company contribution, whether employees opt to fund if or not. Beyond the benefits, the company culture rocks. We're held accountable, which I love, and have ample opportunities to develop and report progress on our departmental and individual performance goals. All employees I work with are collaborative, creative, and passionate about the work that we do. We're committed to supporting our local partner florists and helping them succeed in their businesses. It's widely understood that we do this by focusing on technologies that work best for the online gifter's shopping experience. One of the things that I appreciate about Lovingly is the opportunity for growth and development. There are regular check-ins with management, and we're encouraged to share our ideas and feedback. There's a real sense of collaboration, and I feel like my contributions are valued.
Cons
Super fast pace, which is definitely not for everyone. Some may raise eyebrows at the tracking software, but I like the self analysis it provides. Plus, if you're doing your job, there's no reason for concern. I've never heard about it being used for negative reasons - only positive.
