Owners grind with employees rather than sit on the sidelines!

Sometimes it's hot as the dickens.

Food quality makes guests happy. The kitchen staff is rough around the edges, but easy to work with.

The culture of the staff is very poor. The owners encourage drama and bickering amongst employees to keep people from getting too comfortable. Lots of yelling and belittling. Working for a husband/wife is just as bad as you think it will be.
