Pros

IT WAS a good place to work. Good environment. Good work life balance WAS there.

Cons

NOW, since 2020 start, It is becoming worse and worse, The whole leadership is the reason for that. Employees are not happy. No work life balance. Managers use to call even after or before working hours and even on leaves. Managers use to ask to work on weekends. One person has to work in one scrum team, where as one scrum team should have 3-5 developers. After all these, they will not give you a proper hike. And the most interesting part is, they removed the role of TESTER Now one developer has to develop, he/she has to test thoroughly, he /she has to take care of dev-ops. DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO JOIN LOWE'S ANYMORE.

Pros

Remote, great starting pay for entry level remote. Team environment was the best part of the experience.

Cons

Very limited to no advancement opportunities with pay increases that don't even match cost of living increases. No HR support and the culture reflects that... not a company that has any flexibility in the way employees are handled when they make a mistake it stacks and is not removes for a year. If you have three mistakes even if they are in totally different areas they will terminate even tenured employees with otherwise perfect records. Not a way to keep good employees.
