Pros

Not much to say here. Most of the employees are pretty good to work with. The only way to move up in this company is to be an idiot, so if you are a lazy idiot you will move up fast. You can be a horrible worker and have no experience with lowes and just do good on an interview and be a department manager no problem. I had to help train my department manger and I'm part time...ain't that some crap.

Cons

Poor management. Don't interact enough with their peers. Managers will tell you to do obvious things you already know to do while you are doing it. They do not care about you either. They do not accept ideas or take any kind of advice. I was turned down for full time multiple times and confronted the HR manager about it. I said it isn't about the interview, it is about hard work, dedication, experience, and the strive, which he replied "Well if it was about hard work and dedication then you would have definitely got the job. I just thought to myself then that makes you more of a fool. Managers are too hard on hard workers and expect everything from them and always boss them around with no appreciation while they treat the lazy idiots like kings.

Pros

Remote, great starting pay for entry level remote. Team environment was the best part of the experience.

Cons

Very limited to no advancement opportunities with pay increases that don't even match cost of living increases. No HR support and the culture reflects that... not a company that has any flexibility in the way employees are handled when they make a mistake it stacks and is not removes for a year. If you have three mistakes even if they are in totally different areas they will terminate even tenured employees with otherwise perfect records. Not a way to keep good employees.
