Pros

The benefits are good even though you have to pay about 40 percent of them which is better than most businesses and in appliances you have the potential to make more than the managers but if they are not on the same page which is usually the case there are conflicts of interest.

Cons

Managers not knowing how to manage situations, people , and shooting before asking questions. They don't promote educated employees like they do employees that have been with them a long time. Thats part of the problem! An educated person doesn't need a long time in the field to get knowledgable about products and such while the average Joe who gets promoted with longer service is narrow minded. The bigger Lowe's becomes the more the numbers will be crunched and the benefits less or more paid for by the employee. It happens to all companies who become large! See Food Lion! The larger you become the less of something you will get!

Pros

Remote, great starting pay for entry level remote. Team environment was the best part of the experience.

Cons

Very limited to no advancement opportunities with pay increases that don't even match cost of living increases. No HR support and the culture reflects that... not a company that has any flexibility in the way employees are handled when they make a mistake it stacks and is not removes for a year. If you have three mistakes even if they are in totally different areas they will terminate even tenured employees with otherwise perfect records. Not a way to keep good employees.
