Pros
There's a great teamwork atmosphere and everyone is ready to help out in building ideas. You never feel like you're doing something alone but there is still a lot of growth independently. They expect a lot but the reward is worth it.
Cons
While the high expectations are great, at times they felt unachievable. Additionally, benefits varied country to country with the best benefits being at their headquarters. This should be standardized company wide especially when there is so much overlay in collaboration for every department.
