Pros

Individual contributors are fabulous to work with. Those at the ground level are trying their best to get work done and move forward.

Cons

I have to call out the lack of leadership from especially Chad, but also HR, CS, Marketing, Sales and Product. There was a guise of transparency but most people felt uneasy about the lack of transparency we were getting from Series B updates. Many leaders completely disappeared between January and April and I had multiple meetings canceled repeatedly when I was trying to get decisions from leadership. Super frustrating. Overall the company feels like it is dying slowly, morale is super low, those that are left are looking for other work, and the vision of the company is scattered in too many directions. Overall I want this review to be a reminder to others in the future to not work for any of these leaders if they move to other organizations.

Pros

- Great communication - Transparency - Work life balance - Important work - Great managers and leadership now - Great clients - Leadership is listening

Cons

We had layoffs last year but we've now been very stable and the new leadership has really been transparent and treats us like adults. I'm much happier now than I was before the layoffs.

Pros

- The company has made a strong comeback under new leadership. The new CEO and team have brought focus, transparency, and stability. - Your work is seen and appreciated. There’s a clear culture of recognition and accountability. - Management listens to feedback and encourages employees to take ownership and contribute ideas. - There’s a healthy work-life balance, with flexibility and respect for personal time. - Compensation is fair and performance-based. The more responsibility and influence you take on, the more you’re rewarded. - It’s a good place to grow and be part of a rebuilding phase with real opportunity to make a difference.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company went through layoffs in the previous year, which understandably left some past employees unhappy and disappointed. - Still in the process of rebuilding — some internal processes and structures are evolving and may not be fully mature yet. - Like many startup companies in transition, occasional uncertainty can arise, but leadership seems committed to open communication and improvement.
