Pros

Strong work/life balance: The company respects personal time and encourages healthy boundaries. Ownership and autonomy : You’re encouraged to take initiative and run with new ideas or projects. Supportive leadership: There’s trust in your judgment, and when things don’t go as planned, you’re backed rather than blamed. Unlimited PTO : Time off is truly flexible, and people are encouraged to use it. Clear, forward vision: The company has a strong sense of direction and is actively working toward meaningful long-term goals.

Cons

Wearing many hats: Smaller teams often mean taking on a wide range of responsibilities, which can sometimes feel overwhelming. No 401k match: While a retirement plan is available, the company doesn’t currently offer matching contributions.

Pros

- Great communication - Transparency - Work life balance - Important work - Great managers and leadership now - Great clients - Leadership is listening

Cons

We had layoffs last year but we've now been very stable and the new leadership has really been transparent and treats us like adults. I'm much happier now than I was before the layoffs.

Pros

- The company has made a strong comeback under new leadership. The new CEO and team have brought focus, transparency, and stability. - Your work is seen and appreciated. There’s a clear culture of recognition and accountability. - Management listens to feedback and encourages employees to take ownership and contribute ideas. - There’s a healthy work-life balance, with flexibility and respect for personal time. - Compensation is fair and performance-based. The more responsibility and influence you take on, the more you’re rewarded. - It’s a good place to grow and be part of a rebuilding phase with real opportunity to make a difference.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company went through layoffs in the previous year, which understandably left some past employees unhappy and disappointed. - Still in the process of rebuilding — some internal processes and structures are evolving and may not be fully mature yet. - Like many startup companies in transition, occasional uncertainty can arise, but leadership seems committed to open communication and improvement.
