I've had a great experience working at this company. LJI has provided me with excellent opportunities to learn, take ownership of key implementations, and grow professionally. I've been able to work on challenging projects that have expanded my product knowledge and strengthened my problem-solving skills. All the employees are very supportive and managers are approachable and willing to help.
Cons
There is room for improvement in project management, especially in terms of resource planning, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination.
