      Good financial performance, new leadership that really cares about the company. Strategy focus on growth. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Some people stuck in the past. Culture still evolving and CEO and CFO can be micromanagers and bossy, but they are really good people.

      Pros

      - Lots of job opportunities because so many have left! - Pay and benefits are generally competitive with the market - Lots of location options within manufacturing

      Cons

      - Upper Management / LELT is completely out of touch with the plants - The HR organization is a dumpster fire; so much has been outsourced that HR struggles to perform basic tasks for employees - There are so many silo'd corporate organizations now and none of them work together or effectively coordinate with the plants
