Pros
Very great coworkers, great nurses that work way too hard for no more than they get paid! Would love to work with some of them elsewhere.
Cons
It's a hospital that lives by the theory "That's how it's always been done here." Pay is bottom of the scale, no raises, no chance for advancement, and no help or encouragement to further your education. They actually made up reasons to try to fire me because I was going back to school and they wanted to hire somebody else but management wouldn't let them as long as I was there because the hospital is broke!
