      Incentive pay is very difficult to achieve. My division had a lack of leadership and direction. Many coworkers are unmotivated and expressed frustration about not getting raises that were promised

      none, do not waste your time

      Cons

      extremely low pay. $24.50 does not warrant leach infested, swamps, bitten by yellow jackets, poison ivy and poison sumac on a regular basis. Management and supervisor constantly push for more work to be done but do not pay us any more to do it.
