Can’t think of any there

Cons

- CEO’s left & right hand men leaving (something is wrong) - 2 rounds of layoffs - Existing staff double workload - Make use of inexperienced young staff (quality of work compromised) - No variable bonus & no 13th month - No progression & no pay increment - Toxic culture - No substantial funding from investors - Future looks very bleak and uncertain - Constantly cutting cost throughout the year With all of the above stated, why would you even want to join this declining company? Sad for staff still working there when there’re greener pastures elsewhere.

Pros

Decent lab infrastructure and NGS tech

Cons

Low pay, no option for advancement. They expect you to fill in for layoffs without additional pay for almost a year, and then give you lackluster review. An employee should not be held accountable fo a company's lack of hiring. They are not doing well despite all the press coverage so don't fall for it.
