When you have a tyrannical manager who threatened you for two years, belittled you, stifled you out of a raise for over two years that was expected, and even after I bent over backwards for that company, he had the audacity to say, "stupid black guys like him never leave this place". Just despicable. What makes it worse is that his boss above him said, "I will always have ________ back."
