      Pros

      Varied and high volume of projects to deliver. Good clients. Decent people in account and project management teams. Most people are pro-active and solution focused.

      Cons

      Resourcing can be a pain, but guess this is as per most London agencies. Good traffic managers who are across most things day to day which helps. There are sometimes long hours. but on the whole, these are rarer than other companies I have worked for in London.
