At Lucid our focus has always been on ensuring targets are met and revenues made so that we are able to operate as a successful organisation – it was perhaps something that wasn’t spoken about as much before, but as we move towards a more open and transparent business model, it’s important that everyone at Lucid knows how well (or not well) we are doing. We’re sorry to hear that you feel this has made it a less fun place to be. Bonuses have not been removed, but we have developed the criteria for bonuses to make it more equitable and fairer for everyone, so that they are based not only on the success of Lucid, but also on achieving objectives and goals.
