Terrible office working conditions (bad desk setup, tons of noise, lack of meeting rooms), confused value proposition as a company with siloed teams based on legacy acquisitions, very bureaucratic for a reasonably small organisation

- great team, very capable people - low on office politics - management interested in what people think

- the environment is quite chaotic at times - changes are happening but take too long to implement
