Pros
The culture is absolutely amazing! I feel valued, supported, heard and like I'm actually helping. The benefits are fantastic, the schedule flexibility is perfect, and they have ongoing training for managers to make sure they're learning and growing to be able to be better.
Cons
It is fast paced and sometimes you feel disconnected from the rest of the company. This is largely due to being able to work completely remote. They do their best to remedy this though.
