Pros
This is my first real job out of college, and I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunities and support I've had here. Managers are consistently excellent and I've constantly been pushed to grow, learn, and try new things. I am excited about the career opportunities I have looking to the future and know my team will support me. I truly enjoy my team and coming to work. Practically - benefits are excellent, leadership consistently asks for and acts on feedback, and I've been very impressed by strategy through the recent economic difficulties that have preserved morale and prevented layoffs.
Cons
Lucid has a hybrid work environment and is remote-friendly, but I think is still settling into what makes the most sense. Sometimes it feels there are informal or unwritten expectations about in-person activities or work, and clarity here would help employees confidently make decisions and plan.
