Pros
Lucid has been one of the best Product-led cultures I have experienced. Lots of ownership and growth opportunities. Good internal mobility across departments and the leadership supports employees to pursue what they are most interested in. Co-workers are very helpful and supportive.
Cons
Compensation can be better. Benefits and perks have also reduced. Hard to maintain the culture Lucid had when it was smaller. We don't get to spend as much in-person time with team members as we only get-together once a year.
